New build contemporary coastal property; our clients had long dreamed of a house suitable for themselves now and in their older years incorporating alternative and renewable energy sources.  This property has a heat recovery system, solar panels and electric car charging and construction was largely a SIPs system build.  The house has been cleverly designed to fit a challenging site situation with extremely narrow access and also boasts a lift and spiral staircase.
